EMBODIED HEALING FOR MOTHERS WHO DARE TO FEEL IT ALL.
A grounded, somatic space for presence, honesty, and deep feeling that leads to full freedom.
You don’t have to carry it all alone.
This is a space where you can slow down, breathe, and meet yourself with honesty — beyond the roles, the pressure, and the noise.
Through Somatic therapy, womb-centered yoga, and embodied presence, I guide mothers back to the wisdom of their bodies.
Together, we make space for what’s true, what’s tender, what’s ready to be felt — so you can soften, heal, and live with deeper freedom and connection.
Embodied Mother - 1:1 Somatic Journey for mothers
A sacred return to the wisdom of your body, your truth, and your tenderness.
In a world that asks you to hold it all together,
this is a space to let go.
To feel. To speak. To release.
Through breath, movement, and presence,
we meet the pain, the beauty, the truth — and we don’t turn away.
This is the work of the courageous mother:
to come home to her body and her heart.
What this offering includes:
This is a 1:1 somatic journey for mothers who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or numb — and long to feel more alive, grounded, and real.
In these sessions, we slow down. We listen deeply. We follow the body’s wisdom.
Through movement, breath, sound, and ritual, you are supported to release what is stuck, soften what has hardened, and come back to your body — not as a thing to manage, but as a living, sacred space.
This is not about getting it right.
This is about being honest.
This is about coming home.
Somatic Therapy – Sister Supporting Sister to Feel and Heal
Somatic Therapy is a healing method that helps restore the original blueprint of your soul into your body. When your soul is more fully present in your physical form, you can access deeper levels of freedom, love, clarity, and power.
Why Do We Feel Disconnected?
When we experience trauma — whether emotional, physical, or energetic — it can be overwhelming to process in the moment. As a result, parts of our soul may fragment or become scattered. We might also carry trauma from past lives, or inherit limiting beliefs and emotional imprints from our ancestors.
These stored energies can manifest as core wounds and limiting beliefs that shape how we see ourselves and move through life.
What is the Somatic Therapy Method?
This method uses the senses and the body as gateways to access buried emotions and outdated beliefs held within the pain body — the part of us that stores unprocessed emotional energy.
Held in deep safety and empathy, the process gently supports you in surrendering to your truth. While resistance may arise, true healing begins the moment we allow ourselves to fully feel.
We work with:
Movement
Vocal expression: crying, coughing, screaming, toning, singing
Energetic release and re-alignment
This process clears stagnant energy, dissolves internal blocks, and allows life force energy to flow freely once again.
What Happens After the Release?
Once the block is cleared, you’ll experience a shift — a lightness, an opening. We then invite the body to integrate this new energy through sound, voice, and movement. This anchors a new truth, timeline, or decision into your body.
From this place, you can begin to live with more confidence, presence, and power — aligned with your soul’s truth.

Meet Hedda Malde
Hedda has slowly over the years moved from a strict Yogic practice to a more feminine orientated way of being and practicing. With Feminine orientated she means taking into consideration the cycles, the seasons, the daily changes of a women’s body, mind an emotions. No days are the same for us women, we are in constant change and our needs changes. Hedda wants women to listen to their needs, and act out from their needs, instead of pushing something on themselves, that they feel like they should be doing.
